How to Upgrade

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select "Pro"
  4. Choose billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  5. Enter payment details
  6. Click "Upgrade Now"

Upgrade to Premium

For larger teams and higher limits, upgrade to Premium plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select "Premium"
  4. Complete payment

What Happens When You Upgrade

Immediate Access

After upgrading, you immediately get:

  • Increased keyword limits
  • Access to new features
  • Ability to invite more team members
  • More competitor tracking slots

Prorated Billing

If you upgrade mid-cycle:

  • You're charged the difference for remaining days
  • Your billing date stays the same
  • Next invoice reflects new plan price

Downgrading

When to Downgrade

Consider downgrading if you're:

  • Not using your full keyword allocation
  • Reducing team size
  • No longer need advanced features

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrade Considerations

Before downgrading:

  • • Reduce keywords to fit new limit
  • • Remove team members exceeding new limit
  • • Export any data you want to keep
  • • Cancel scheduled reports if not included

Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, and UPI/cards through Razorpay for Indian customers.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly billing can be canceled anytime. Annual billing is a one-year commitment with 17% savings (2 months free).

What if I exceed my limits?

You'll receive a notification when approaching limits. You can upgrade anytime to get more capacity. We never automatically charge overage fees.
