How is the Visibility Score calculated?

The Visibility Score (0-100) combines four key metrics: Mention Rate (40%), Position Score (30%), Citation Rate (20%), and Sentiment Score (10%). A score above 70 is excellent.

How often is visibility data updated?

Update frequency depends on your plan: Free, Starter, and Pro plans get weekly updates, Premium gets twice-weekly updates, and Enterprise gets daily updates.

Can I track competitors?

Yes! Paid plans include competitor tracking with Share of Voice metrics. Starter includes 3 competitors, Pro includes 10, and Business offers unlimited competitor tracking.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! Our free plan lets you track 1 keyword across all 8 AI platforms with weekly updates. No credit card required.

What kind of recommendations does MeasureLLM provide?

All plans include actionable recommendations to improve visibility scores, increase citations, boost mentions, and outperform competitors with specific action items.

How is AI visibility different from traditional SEO?

Traditional SEO focuses on search engine rankings, while AI visibility tracks how AI assistants mention, recommend, and cite your brand in their responses.

Which countries can I analyze?

MeasureLLM supports 50+ countries for geo-targeted analysis including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, India, Japan, and many more.

Do you offer enterprise solutions?

Yes! Our Enterprise plan includes unlimited keywords, daily updates, SSO, white-label reports, custom integrations, and dedicated support. Contact sales for custom pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Indian customers, we also support UPI and cards through Razorpay. Annual billing saves you up to 17%.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can receive a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer keywords, historical data for all keywords remains accessible in read-only mode.

Do you offer refunds?

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
