Query Intent Classification
MeasureLLM uses AI to classify your search queries by intent:
- Informational: Users seeking information ("how to", "what is")
- Commercial: Users researching products/services ("best", "review")
- Transactional: Users ready to take action ("buy", "download")
- Navigational: Users looking for specific sites/pages
Branded vs Non-Branded Analysis
Automatically splits your queries into:
- Branded: Queries containing your brand name or variations
- Non-Branded: Generic queries without brand mentions
This helps you understand how much traffic comes from brand recognition vs. SEO efforts.
Content Decay Detection
Identifies pages with declining performance over time, helping you prioritize content updates. The system flags pages with:
- Significant drops in clicks or impressions
- Declining average position
- Reduced CTR compared to historical average
Quick Wins Analysis
Finds optimization opportunities where small improvements can yield big results:
- High-impression, low-CTR queries (improve titles/descriptions)
- Position 4-20 queries (push into top 3)
- Rising queries (capitalize on trends)
Keyword Cannibalization
Detects when multiple pages compete for the same keywords, potentially hurting overall rankings.
URL Inspection
Check the indexation status of specific URLs:
- Index coverage status (indexed, excluded, error)
- Last crawl timestamp
- Mobile usability status
- Rich results eligibility
- HTTP status code
Rate Limit
URL Inspection API is limited to 2,000 queries per day per property. Results are cached to minimize API usage.
Data Syncing
Automatic Sync
MeasureLLM automatically syncs your GSC data daily. New data typically appears 2-3 days after the search occurs (this is a Google Search Console limitation).
Manual Sync
You can trigger a manual sync at any time from the GSC settings page. Options include:
- Quick Sync: Fetch the last 7 days of data
- Full Sync: Refresh all data for enabled properties
- Historical Sync: Fetch all available historical data (up to 16 months)
Sync Logs
View the history of all sync operations, including:
- Sync start and completion times
- Records fetched per property
- Any errors or warnings
Reports & Exports
Scheduled Reports
Create automated reports with GSC data:
- Choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Select metrics and dimensions to include
- Add recipients for email delivery
- Export as PDF or HTML
Data Export
Export your GSC data for use in other tools:
- CSV: Raw data for spreadsheets
- JSON: Structured data for developers
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
No properties showing
Make sure you have access to at least one GSC property. Check if you're signed into the correct Google account.
Data not syncing
Check the sync logs for errors. You may need to reconnect if your token expired. Also verify the property is enabled for syncing.
Missing recent data
Google Search Console data has a 2-3 day delay. Data from today won't be available until 2-3 days later.
Reconnecting
If you need to reconnect your GSC account:
- Go to Settings โ Integrations โ Google Search Console
- Click "Disconnect"
- Click "Connect with Google" and re-authorize
- Re-enable your properties
Tip: Combine GSC data with AI visibility metrics to understand how your organic search performance correlates with AI platform mentions. Pages ranking well in traditional search often perform better in AI responses too.
